Processing and shipping time is 7-10 busineess days from payment of order.
Royal Extensionz does not offer a money back refund, NO EXCEPTIONS! However, we offer an exchange for the same purchase price within 7 days or receipt. Hair must be shipped and returned in the exact state in which the hair was received with original plastic packaging, in a resalable state with original receipt. You must also include your name, phone number, and a written exchange request advising us of your specific exchange request.

Once your order has been received, we will contact you via email to confirm your order and exchange. You are responsible for any exchange shipping fees unless Royal Extensionz was the party at fault.
Any alterations to the hair, to include chemical alterations or modifications made to the product will null and void the exchange process. Hair that has been installed or altered by washing, brushing and combing, or cut will not be accepted. Please thoroughly inspect the hair without unwrapping the bundles. You are advised to ask a professional stylist if you are unsure of methods to the inspect hair.
Royal Extensionz guarantees 100% customer satisfaction. If Royal Extensionz determines that we are the party at fault, we shall refund or exchange the product at no cost to the customer.
